Is there any possibilities to learn isl in certificate courses

I have a relative brother who is deaf and dumb. I do learn few signs from him (Alphabet and numbers). He asked me to make others learn sign language as well. I didn't understand why did he say it until today after watching this series. He wanted to be included. Take part in active discussions. And so, from now on Ill learn sign language for him, communicate much deeper with him, understand his emotions and possibly make others learn sign language as well. Thank you Pragya for this.

Is it okay to use any hand we want? Like im getting confused which hand to sign each character showing an alphabet.its hard for me to follow which hand to use ..
